2 tablespoons chopped golden raisins or dried apricots
1/2 finely chopped scallion

1. In a small bowl, mix together yogurt, curry powder and lemon juice. Stir in chicken, chopped golden raisins or dried apricots, and chopped scallion. Season with salt and pepper. Evenly distribute the mixture among the phyllo cups.
