  • 2 1/2 cup brown rice cereal
  • 1/2 cup chopped almonds
  • 1/2 cup dried cherries
  • 1/2 cup brown rice syrup or light corn syrup
  • 1/3 cup almond butter

Make It

1. Line bottom and sides of an 8-inch square pan with foil. Coat with cooking spray.

2. Combine cereal, almonds and cherries in a large bowl.

3. Combine syrup and almond butter in a small saucepan. Heat over medium until smooth and cohesive, 3 to 5 minutes.

4. Pour syrup mixture over cereal mixture and stir to coat. Scrape the mixture into the foil-lined pan and press evenly. Chill for at least 1 hour. Cut into squares.
