Make It

1. Cook 20 oz. frozen cheese tortellini according to package directions. Drain and transfer to a large bowl. Stir in the remaining 5 oz. spinach from Monday, 2 cups warmed marinara sauce, and 1/2 of a 15.5 oz. can rinsed and drained reduced sodium cannellini beans. Refrigerate remaining half for Friday. Transfer to a 2-qt. broiler-safe baking dish. Top with 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese. Broil until the cheese is melted and bubbly. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
