1. Add cauliflower florets to a large pot of boiling water; cook 4 minutes. After 2 minutes add broccoli florets. Drain. Combine Frank's Buffalo Wing Sauce, melted butter and lemon juice; toss with vegetables. Stir chunky blue cheese dressing, sour cream and milk. Serve veggies with dressing.Make it a Meal
2. Grill 1 1/2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts. Brush with balsamic vinegar and slice. Stir into broccoli and cauliflower.
