1. On a floured surface, roll out 2 puff pastry sheets (one 17.3 oz box) to 12 x 12 inches; cut each sheet into 16 squares. Slice two 8 oz wheels of Brie into 32 pieces.
2. In a bowl, combine 1/2 cup blackberry preserves with 2 tsp chopped fresh rosemary.
3. For each square, place 1 piece Brie and 1 scant tsp jam in the center. Brush edges with beaten egg, fold corners to the center, press well to seal and brush bundle with egg.
4. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
