- 1 light vanilla soy milk
- 1/4 cup soy flour
- 1 ripe banana, peeled
- 12 slices whole-wheat bread
1. Process soy milk, flour and banana in blender until smooth. Pour into large bowl.
2. Coat nonstick skillet or griddle with cooking spray. Dip bread into milk mixture. Cook in batches over medium heat until browned on each side.
