  • Place the dark and white chocolate in separate microwave-safe bowls. Microwave on 50 percent power, stirring in 30-second increments, until melted, 1 to 1 1/2 minutes.

  • Submerge one cookie at a time in dark chocolate to coat. Then drop 1/4 teaspoon white chocolate in a puddle on top of dark chocolate. Gently drag a toothpick through white chocolate to make a tail. Use a second toothpick to create the eyes and mouth with dark chocolate. Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Repeat with remaining cookies and remaining chocolate. Chill until set, about 30 minutes.
