Blueberry Pancake Smoothie

We like the sweet creaminess of regular milk here, but feel free to substitute coconut milk for a non-dairy, tropical twist. Recipe from Smoothie-licious by Jenna Helwig.

Blueberry Pancake Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 cup reduced-fat milk
  • 2/3 cup reduced-fat plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 1/4 cups frozen blueberries
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoons pure maple syrup

Make It

1. Add all of the ingredients to the blender, starting with the milk. Cover and blend until smooth, about 30 seconds.
