- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 package (1.25-ounce) taco-seasoning mix
- 1 can (19-ounce) stewed tomatoes
- 1 can (19-ounce) kidney beans with 1/4 cup liquid from can
- 1 pound bag egg noodles
1. Cook ground beef in large nonstick skillet over medium heat for 5 minutes. Add taco-seasoning mix; cook 5 minutes or until meat is no longer pink. Add stewed tomatoes and kidney beans with reserved liquid; cook 5 minutes. Meanwhile, cook egg noodles, following package directions. Serve Spiced Beef over drained noodles. Makes 6 servings.
