1. Broil or grill flank steak until cooked as desired (approximately 14 minutes for medium rare).
2. While meat is cooking, add oil to medium skillet. Saute all vegetables for 5 to 6 minutes, until tender.
3. Cut edges off tortillas on two sides and cut in half.
4. Slice steak on the diagonal, and place on center of tortillas with some vegetables and 2 tablespoons of salsa. Roll to close; serve immediately.
