Salsa Burgers

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 pounds ground beef chuck
  • 1 cup salsa
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup salsa
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 6 French rolls, split
  • Lettuce

Make It

1. Mix ground beef, the 1 cup salsa and the cheese. Shape into 6 patties. Broil patties.

2. In a small bowl combine the 1/4 cup salsa and the mayonnaise. Serve patties on rolls topped with mayonnaise mixture and lettuce.
