Heat the oil in large skillet over medium heat. Add onion; cook for 1 minute. Add Worcestershire sauce; cover and cook for 4 to 5 minutes or until onion is softened. Add beef; sauté, uncovered, breaking up with a wooden spoon, for 3 minutes or until meat is no longer pink. Stir in barbecue sauce, crushed tomatoes and red-pepper seasoning; cook for 3 minutes.
Pour hot sauce over hot cooked pasta on serving platter. Top with Cheddar cheese.
