Makes: 8 servings. Prep: 10 minutes. Cook: 15 minutes.
1. Heat a medium-size skillet over medium-high heat. Add oil and meat and season with salt and pepper. Brown 4 minutes, crumbling beef as it cooks.
2. Add Worcestershire sauce, onion, garlic and chili powder. Cook for 5 minutes. Add tomato sauce and reduce heat to low.
3. Boil hot dogs in a shallow skillet of water to warm through, 5 minutes. Drain and return pan to medium heat. Score casings on dogs. Melt butter in skillet and add hot sauce. Add dogs to skillet and brown about 5 minutes.
4. Heat broiler. Place dogs in buns and top with chili and cheese. Place dogs under broiler to melt cheese. Serve.
