Beef Satay with Peanut Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 3 tablespoons hot water
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce, divided
  • 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil, divided
  • 2 teaspoons vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon grated ginger
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 pound stir-fry beef

Make It

1. In a bowl, combine peanut butter, hot water, 1 tablespoon soy sauce, lemon juice, and 1/2 teaspoon sesame oil. Set aside. In a medium bowl, combine 1 tablespoon soy sauce, vegetable oil, ginger, sugar, and 1/2 teaspoon sesame oil.

2. Mix in beef. Marinate 5 minutes. Thread strips of beef onto skewers, and grill for 1 to 2 minutes on each side. Serve with peanut sauce and steamed vegetables.
