BBQ Beef Kabobs

Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 pounds ground beef
  • 3 tablespoons barbecue sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 2/3 cup flavored bread crumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 2 finely chopped green onions
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 red onion
  • 1 small green sweet pepper

Make It

1. Combine ground beef, barbecue sauce, salt, pepper, bread crumbs, egg, green onions and Worcestershire in bowl. Form into 18 meatballs.

2. Quarter and separate red onion; cut 1 small sweet green pepper into 1-inch pieces. Thread 3 meatballs, onion and pepper pieces onto each of 6 metal skewers. Brush with barbecue sauce. Broil 3 to 4 minutes per side, brushing with more sauce. Serve with white rice.
