Spicy Pecans
Yield: 4 cups Prep 15 mins Bake 200°F 40 mins to 1 hr

Ingredients

  • 4 cups pecan halves
  • 1/4 cup (1/2 stick) butter
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground red pepper
  • 2 teaspoons salt, or to taste

Make It

1. Heat oven to 200 degrees F. Spread pecans on jelly-roll pan.

2. Melt butter in small saucepan. Add Worcestershire, lemon juice and red pepper. Pour over pecans on pan; stir to coat. Spread out in single layer in pan. Bake 40 to 60 minutes. Makes 4 cups.
