In large saucepan, sauté onions, peppers and garlic in oil until slightly softened, 3 minutes. Stir in chili powder, cumin, oregano, salt, pepper flakes, cinnamon; cook 1 minute. Add turkey; cook until not pink, 5 minutes.
Add tomatoes, beer, chocolate, tomato paste and beans; simmer, uncovered, 20 minutes. Serve with sour cream and cheese, if desired. Makes 10 servings.
