- 1 pound green beans, trimmed
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 ounces spiced or smokehouse almonds, coarsely chopped
1. Bring large pot of water to boiling. Add green beans; cook 5 to 7 minutes or until tender and bright green. Drain in colander; run under cold water to stop cooking.
2. Melt butter in large skillet over medium heat. Add almonds; cook for 30 seconds, stirring frequently. Add green beans; cook, tossing, until heated through, 2 to 3 minutes.
