Heat oven to 350°F. Coat 13 x 9 x 2-inch nonstick baking pan with nonstick cooking spray.
In a large bowl, stir together flour, 2 cups of the confectioners sugar, the eggs, pineapple with syrup, baking soda and 1/2 teaspoon salt until combined; stir for 2 minutes. Spoon batter into prepared pan.
Bake in 350°F oven 30 to 40 minutes or until top is lightly browned and springs back when lightly touched. Let cake cool completely in pan on wire rack.
Cut cake into 16 bars. In small bowl, stir together remaining 1/2 cup confectioners sugar with 2 teaspoons water until smooth. Drizzle over bars. Let stand at room temperature for 30 minutes to set before serving.
