  • Heat oven to 350°F. Coat 13 x 9 x 2-inch nonstick baking pan with nonstick cooking spray.

  • In a large bowl, stir together flour, 2 cups of the confectioners sugar, the eggs, pineapple with syrup, baking soda and 1/2 teaspoon salt until combined; stir for 2 minutes. Spoon batter into prepared pan.

  • Bake in 350°F oven 30 to 40 minutes or until top is lightly browned and springs back when lightly touched. Let cake cool completely in pan on wire rack.

  • Cut cake into 16 bars. In small bowl, stir together remaining 1/2 cup confectioners sugar with 2 teaspoons water until smooth. Drizzle over bars. Let stand at room temperature for 30 minutes to set before serving.
