Barbequed Chicken Pinwheels

  • 1/4 cup finely diced pineapple
  • 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed according to package directions
  • 3 tablespoon prepared barbeque sauce
  • 1/4 cup diced cooked chicken
  • 1/4 cup diced red bell pepper
  • 1/4 cup shredded Cheddar cheese

Make It

1. Preheat oven to 375F.

2. If using canned pineapple, pat dry.

3. Line a baking sheet with foil and coat with cooking spray.

4. Lightly flour a work surface. Unfold pastry onto floured work surface. Brush with barbecue sauce and sprinkle with chicken, bell pepper and pineapple. Sprinkle with cheese. Roll up tightly and cut into 8 equal slices. Place cut side up on prepared baking sheet. Bake until golden brown, 15 to 20 minutes.
