Pasta and cheese add kid appeal to a meal.
Preheat oven to 375°F. Coat a 9×13-in. baking dish with olive oil.
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add pasta and cook for 9 minutes. Drain and return pasta to the pot. Stir in marinara sauce and creme fraiche or ricotta.
Transfer the pasta mixture to the prepared baking dish. Top with mozzarella and Parmesan. Bake for about 30 minutes, until golden and bubbling. Let stand for 5 to 10 minutes before serving.
