Heat oven to 350°. Coat a 3-quart casserole with nonstick cooking spray and sprinkle bottom and sides with bread crumbs.
In a large bowl, combine penne, 3 cups of the marinara sauce, 1 1/2 cups of the mozzarella, the ham and eggs. Spoon into prepared casserole and sprinkle remaining 1/2 cup mozzarella over top. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes. Sprinkle Parmesan over casserole and bake an additional 15 minutes.
Cut into portions and serve with remaining 1/2 cup of marinara sauce, warmed, and, if desired, a tossed salad.
