1. Peel, core, and dice the apple, combine with 1/2 cup water in a saucepan, then bring to a boil over high heat; cook for 5 minutes. Let cool for 10 minutes, then puree mixture until smooth. While apple is cooling, combine peaches and remaining 2 tablespoons water in a blender. Puree until smooth. Stir apples and peaches together and serve.
