Avocado Smash
  • Place 1 avocado in a bowl and mash with a fork. Add 1 tsp. grated orange zest, 2 tsp. fresh tarragon, 1/4 tsp. crushed red-pepper flakes (optional), and 1/4 tsp. kosher salt. Mix to combine. Makes 4 servings.
