Heat oven to 450°F. Place broccoli and pepper in a glass bowl, cover and microwave for 2 minutes. Drain off excess liquid and cool for 2 minutes. Prepare biscuit mix according to package directions, adding cooked vegetables to dry mix and using milk instead of water.
Follow directions for rolled biscuits and shape dough into a 7-inch circle. Place on baking sheet and cut into 6 wedges. Bake for 16 to 20 minutes, until golden and firm.
