- 1 15 ounce can cannellini beans, drained and rinsed
- 2 large avocados, peeled, pitted and sliced
- 1 clove garlic, chopped
- 2 plum tomatoes, chopped
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
1. Puree beans in food processor. Add avocado and garlic. Pulse with on-and-off motion until blended.
2. Mix together tomato, onion, salt and lime juice in a medium-size bowl. Stir in avocado mixture.
