Salmon Snackers

  • 1 8-ounce oackage nonfat cream cheese
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onion
  • 24 slices party rye bread
  • 1/2 pound thinly sliced smoked salmon

Make It

1. Beat together cream cheese, soy sauce and green onion in a bowl with hand mixer until well blended. Smooth about 1/2 tablespoon of cream cheese spread on each of 24 slices party rye. Decoratively arrange strips of smoked salmon on each. Serve open-faced. Makes 24 servings.
