- 1 container (8 ounces) hummus (about 1 cup)
- 1 bottled roasted red pepper, drained and coarsely chopped (about 1/2 cup)
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
- Pinch cayenne pepper
1. Combine hummus (chickpea-garlic puree), roasted pepper, cumin and cayenne in blender or food processor. Whirl until smooth. Serve at room temperature with Pita Chips (recipe on www.familycircle.com). Makes 1-1/2 cups.
