  • 1 bottled roasted red pepper, drained and coarsely chopped (about 1/2 cup)
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
  • Pinch cayenne pepper

Make It

1. Combine hummus (chickpea-garlic puree), roasted pepper, cumin and cayenne in blender or food processor. Whirl until smooth. Serve at room temperature with Pita Chips (recipe on Makes 1-1/2 cups.
