  • Heat oven to 400°F. Line a 12-cup muffin pan with paper baking cups. In large bowl, stir together first 7 ingredients until well-combined.

  • In medium bowl, beat together spaghetti sauce, milk, olive oil, and egg. Pour wet ingredients over flour mixture, and stir until just moistened. Divide mixture evenly among baking cups.

  • Bake 20 minutes, or until muffins are golden-brown. Cool in pan on wire rack. Invert onto wire rack and cool completely.
