Heat oven to 400°F. Line a 12-cup muffin pan with paper baking cups. In large bowl, stir together first 7 ingredients until well-combined.
In medium bowl, beat together spaghetti sauce, milk, olive oil, and egg. Pour wet ingredients over flour mixture, and stir until just moistened. Divide mixture evenly among baking cups.
Bake 20 minutes, or until muffins are golden-brown. Cool in pan on wire rack. Invert onto wire rack and cool completely.
