Pepper-Jack Nachos

These microwave nachos are so easy, your kids can make them. If they prefer milder flavors, use Monterey Jack or pre-shredded Mexican cheese instead of the pepper-Jack.

Pepper-Jack Nachos

  • 1/2 bag (8 or 9 ounces) tortilla chips
  • 1 can (15 ounces) chili with beans
  • 1/2 pound shredded pepper-Jack cheese
  • Sliced green onions

Make It

1. Spread tortilla chips on microwavable platter. Heat chili; spoon over chips. Sprinkle with cheese. Microwave 3 minutes. Top with green onions. Makes 8 servings.
