Peanut Butter Dip, Cheese Dip, and Spiced Chocolate Dip

Ingredients

  • 4 eating apples, with or without skin, halved lengthwise, cored, stemmed and sliced lengthwise into thin wedges
  • Peanut Butter Dip, Cheese Dip and/or Spiced Chocolate Dip
Peanut Butter Dip:
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter (creamy or chunky)
  • 1/4 cup chopped honey-roasted peanuts
  • 1/4 cup raisins
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon water
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Cheese Dip:
  • 1/2 cup (4 ounces) cream cheese, at room temperature
  • 6 ounces brie cheese, trimmed and at room temperature
  • 2 scallions, trimmed and both green and white parts, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 2 drops hot-pepper sauce
  • Pinch of salt and black pepper
Spiced Chocolate Dip:
  • 3 1/8 ounce package cook-and-serve chocolate pudding and pie filling
  • 1/2 cup bottled hot fudge sauce
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground cloves

Make It

Peanut Butter Dip:

1. Combine peanut butter, honey-roasted peanuts; 1/4 cup raisins; honey, water and ground cinnamon in a medium-size bowl. Makes 1 cup.

Cheese Dip:

2. Stir together cream cheese, brie cheese, scallions, Dijon mustard; hot-pepper sauce, salt and pepper in a medium-size bowl until well combined. Makes 1 cup.

Spiced Chocolate Dip:

3. Prepare cook-and-serve chocolate pudding and pie filling, following package directions. To pudding, add bottled hot fudge sauce, cinnamon and ground cloves, stirring until well blended. Serve warm, or chill until mixture is pudding-like consistency. Makes 2 cups.
