1. Peel sweet potatoes and slice 1/3-inch thick. Have your child make dreidel and Star of David shapes with cookie cutters. Keep leftover pieces with the design cut out. Cover 2 large baking sheets with parchment paper and preheat oven to 325 F.Prep the pan:

3. Help your child pour the yogurt and honey into a medium bowl and mix them together with a spatula. Once the fries have cooled for a few minutes, transfer them to a plate or a platter and place the yogurt dip on the side. Serves 6.
