Peel sweet potatoes and slice 1/3-inch thick. Have your child make dreidel and Star of David shapes with cookie cutters. Keep leftover pieces with the design cut out. Cover 2 large baking sheets with parchment paper and preheat oven to 325 F.
Let your child toss the potatoes with oil and place them on baking sheets. Ask her to sprinkle on sea salt. Bake 30 minutes, or until tender when pierced with a knife. (Or put them on a microwave-safe plate, and cook on High for 3 minutes.)
Help your child pour the yogurt and honey into a medium bowl and mix them together with a spatula. Once the fries have cooled for a few minutes, transfer them to a plate or a platter and place the yogurt dip on the side. Serves 6.
