  • 3 avocados
  • 1/2 red onion, finely chopped
  • 3 tablespoons lime juice
  • 2 tablespoons chopped cilantro
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon hot pepper sauce

Make It

1. Cut avocados in half; remove pits. Scoop out flesh. In a small bowl, mash avocado flesh. Stir in red onion, lime juice, cilantro, salt and hot pepper sauce. Press plastic wrap directly onto surface and refrigerate until ready to use (up to several hours).
