1. Coarsely chop cucumber, red pepper and onion. In food processor, puree half of cucumber, half of pepper, onion, garlic, 1 cup spicy vegetable juice, lime juice, hot pepper sauce and salt. Pour into bowl; add remaining 3 cups spicy vegetable juice. Chill. Garnish with remaining chopped cucumber and red pepper.
