Combine flour and salt on waxed paper. Combine eggs and milk in small bowl. Place bread crumbs on second sheet of waxed paper. Coat zucchini with flour mixture; dip in egg mixture; coat with bread crumbs; place on baking sheet. Place sheet in freezer 10 minutes.
Heat 1-1/2 inches of oil in an electric frying pan or regular deep skillet to 375°F.
Working in 4 batches, add zucchini to hot oil; fry, turning with slotted metal spoon, until golden brown, 2 to 3 minutes. Remove with slotted spoon to paper toweling to drain. Serve with bottled tomato sauce if you wish.
