Five-Layer Party Dip

This appetizer dip has layers of lettuce, sour cream, black beans, guacamole, and salsa. Serve with chips for a simple party snack.

  • 1 can (15 ounces) black beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
  • 1 jar (16 ounces) mild salsa, divided
  • 1 1/4 cups shredded lettuce, divided
  • 2/3 cup reduced-fat sour cream
  • 1 cup prepared guacamole
  • Assorted tortilla chips and veggies

Make It

1. In a medium bowl, mix together black beans, lime juice, and 1/2 cup salsa.

2. In a serving bowl, layer ingredients, starting with 1 cup lettuce, then sour cream, black-bean mixture, guacamole, and remaining salsa. Top center of dip with remaining 1/4 cup lettuce. Serve with chips and veggies.
