Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 3/4 teaspoon curry powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
  • Pinch of cayenne pepper.

1. In a small bowl, combine sour cream, mayonnaise, curry powder, ground ginger and cayenne pepper. Mix well, cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
