Prepare Basic White Bread through Step 1. Add granulated sugar to flour and salt in Step 2. Continue with recipe through Step 5.
Roll dough out to 20 x 8-inch rectangle on lightly floured surface. Brush surface with melted butter. Sprinkle evenly with brown sugar and cinnamon. Roll up from short side. Press ends to seal; fold ends under loaf. Place, seam side down, in greased 8-1/2 x 4-1/2 x 2-5/8 -inch loaf pan. Cover; let rise until doubled in volume, about 1 hour.
Bake in 400°F oven for 25 to 30 minutes or until loaf sounds hollow when tapped. Remove from pan to wire rack to cool.
