  • 3 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 1 tablespoon butter, melted
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon

Make It

1. Prepare Basic White Bread through Step 1. Add granulated sugar to flour and salt in Step 2. Continue with recipe through Step 5.

2. Roll dough out to 20 x 8-inch rectangle on lightly floured surface. Brush surface with melted butter. Sprinkle evenly with brown sugar and cinnamon. Roll up from short side. Press ends to seal; fold ends under loaf. Place, seam side down, in greased 8-1/2 x 4-1/2 x 2-5/8 -inch loaf pan. Cover; let rise until doubled in volume, about 1 hour.

3. Bake in 400 degrees F oven for 25 to 30 minutes or until loaf sounds hollow when tapped. Remove from pan to wire rack to cool.
