- 2 packages (5.3 ounces each) fresh chevre (goat cheese)
- 8 large sun-dried tomatoes marinated in oil, coarsely chopped
- 1/2 cup pimiento-stuffed olives
- Chopped olives, for garnish (optional)
1. Process the chevre, sun-dried tomatoes and olives in a food processor until smooth. Garnish with chopped olives if desired. Serve with crackers or crudite.
