Ingredients

  • 2 tomatoes, finely diced
  • 6 Kalamata olives, pitted and chopped
  • 3 tablespoons chopped fresh basil
  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped onion
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic, chopped
  • 2 teaspoons chopped fresh oregano
  • 1 teaspoon basalmic vinegar
  • 3/4 teaspoon salt
  • 12 slices toasted French bread

Make It

1. Combine tomatoes, olives, fresh basil, onion, olive oil, chopped garlic, fresh oregano, balsamic vinegar and salt in bowl.

2. To serve, spread on 12 toasted slices of French bread.
