1. Roll out one crust from a box of refrigerated pie crust. Fit into one half of a 15 x 10-inch pan, pressing into corners. Repeat with second crust and press seam together. Prick with a fork and bake at 375 degrees F for 15 minutes.
2. Meanwhile, saute chopped scallions in butter. Add chopped broccoli and dried dill. Spoon over crust in pan.
3. Whisk together eggs, milk, salt and pepper. Pour into pan.
4. Bake 10 minutes, until set. Cut into squares or triangles and serve.
