Basil Cheddar Cheese Ball

Ingredients

  • 1 cup loosely packed basil leaves
  • 2 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2/3 cup finely chopped walnuts

Make It

1. In a food processor, combine basil leaves, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, Parmesan and black pepper. With slightly wet hands, roll into a ball; coat with 2/3 cup finely chopped walnuts. Chill before serving.
