Bacon-Wrapped Dates with Goat Cheese

  • 1 8 ounce package bacon
  • 30 pitted dates
  • 3 tablespoons goat cheese

Make It

1. Heat oven to 350 degrees F. Line a large rimmed baking sheet with nonstick aluminum foil; set aside.

2. Cut bacon slices into thirds. Using a knife, split open date on one side from top to bottom. Fill with about 1/4 teaspoon goat cheese. Wrap date with 1/3 slice of bacon and secure with a toothpick.

3. Place bacon-wrapped dates on prepared baking sheet and bake at 350 degrees F for 27 minutes or until browned and crisp. Serve immediately.
