A Merry Mix
Yield: 2 cups dip


  • 1 15 ounce can cannellini beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1 medium garlic clove
  • 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 teaspoons red wine vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried dill
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 cup extra-virgin olive oil
  • 3/4 pound fresh green beans
  • 2 green peppers cut into strips
  • 1 10 ounce bag sugar snap peas
  • 2 pints grape tomatoes
  • 6 radishes, halved
  • 1/2 red pepper, cut into squares
  • 1 head cauliflower, cut into florets

Make It

To Make The Dip:

1. In a blender on high, combine cannellini beans, garlic clove, Worcestershire sauce, red wine vinegar, dried dill, kosher salt, black pepper, and extra-virgin olive oil until smooth, scraping down the sides once. Serve at the tip of the Santa hat (below).

To Make The Hat:

2. Arrange a bed arrange green beans, green pepper strips, and sugar snap peas. Shape hat from grape tomatoes, radish halves, red pepper squares, and cauliflower florets.
