Make It

1. Combine 1/3 cup chopped jarred roasted red peppers, 1/3 cup drained oil-packed dried tomatoes, 3 large Medjool dates, and 1/2 tsp. apple cider vinegar in a food processor. Cover and process until finely chopped. With the motor running, slowly add 1/2 to 3/4 cup water. Process until smooth, stopping occasionally to scrape down the sides of the bowl. Store up to 5 days in the fridge
