You're pregnant, now what? Find out what steps you should take during your first month of pregnancy, how to pick the right OB/GYN, and how to help alleviate your first month of pregnancy symptoms.
Whether it's a plus sign, two blue lines, or a confirmation from your doctor, congratulations you're pregnant. But now what? If you don't have an OBGYN, do your research to find a good match for you and your insurance. Check in with pregnant friends or moms for recommendations. Once you've got a doc in place, call and make that appointment. But don't freak out if she wont see you until close to your eight week mark. She's not avoiding you. That's just normal for your first prenatal check up. In the meantime, enjoy those skinny jeans because they will not fit for much longer. And remember, even if you feel like partying it up be sure to swap out those ciggies and champagne for prenatal vitamins. Your baby, as well as your hair, skin, and nails will thank you. [MUSIC]
