Q: I'm in week 7 of my pregnancy and my nausea and fatigue have abruptly stopped.  Should I be concerned?

A: Nausea and vomiting usually don't occur until 6 to 8 weeks of pregnancy.  For some women, it is a symptom that they feel every day.  For others, the nausea is intermittent.  Although your nausea has subsided, it doesn't necessarily mean that something is wrong with your pregnancy.  It would be prudent, however, to consult with your practitioner.
