Q: Why are my breasts bigger now that I'm pregnant?

A: When you're pregnant, your breasts are gearing up to produce enough milk for a newborn baby. High levels of estrogen and progesterone (hormones that stimulate your breasts' milk glands and milk ducts, respectively) are all circulating in your body, which could possibly result in big change in bra size, though growth usually slows or stops at the end of the first trimester. Your best strategy? Go to a department store or old-fashioned bra shop and get fitted for your new size. --Robin McGavin
