Citrus foods, coffee and soda, spicy and fatty foods, and chocolate can all give you heartburn when you're pregnant. Try substituting low-acid drinks (such as decaf coffee), cutting back on the hot sauce and baking foods instead of frying them. And we know it's hard to cut out chocolate—maybe stick with just two squares of a chocolate bar or a little drizzle of chocolate sauce.
