Oftentimes during pregnancy, moms can be challenged with the burden of maintaining their fitness level. Not only are you feeling symptoms possibly morning sickness which we know is not limited to the morning. We sometimes feel tired and we're nervous about certain things that you should do. Some of the challenges when you're pregnant happen to be fatigue. If you've gotten home after a long day and you're just not feeling motivated, it's hard to get up and think about that run. The key is to be forgiving about your condition and start out slow. Once you get a warm up, trust me, you're gonna want to be able to complete that mile and you'll feel way better, you'll sleep more deep and you wake up much more rested the next day. So remember, to stay positive and be forgiving on the days that you're not feeling very energized, modify your workout, trust me, the benefits way outweigh lying on the couch.
